“A 3 Minute Party Dish! - Black Bean with Corn Relish

2 (15 ounce) cans of black beans
1 (15 ounce) can of sweet corn, drained
1 pack of taco seasoning
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
Sprinking of sugar, if desired (optional)
Tortilla chips

Empty black beans into a large bowl and mix in taco seasoning.  Add sweet corn and sweeten to taste with sugar (if desired).  Top relish with green onions and tomatoes.  Arrange tortilla chips around relish.
Serves 8

Option – Spoon relish mixture onto tortilla shells and roll up to make sandwiches for lunch or dinner.
